Emma has represented Australia in three World Championships, earning a World Cup Gold medal on the Balance Beam. With over 20 years of elite gymnastics experience, she now offers private coaching to share her knowledge and passion with young athletes.

As a health coach with Simplr Health, Emma uses her personal journey of overcoming hormonal imbalances to guide clients through wellness programs. She works alongside top scientists and specialists to help others achieve their health goals.

Emma is the co-founder of Artium Sport, a bespoke athlete brand, and the creator of ENbalance, a podcast and video series that empowers athletes by sharing their real-life experiences of strength and resilience.
