Olympic Gymnast
Emma has represented Australia in three World Championships, showcasing her skill and dedication on the global stage. She earned a World Cup Gold medal on the balance beam and multiple national titles. With over 20 years of elite gymnastics experience, Emma brings a wealth of expertise and resilience to her sport, recently making a remarkable comeback to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

As a health coach with Simplr Health, Emma draws on her own transformative journey, overcoming hormonal imbalances and metabolic challenges, to guide clients. As a performance nutrition coach, she emphasizes fuelling for performance and how food is foundational for achieving optimal results. Collaborating closely with leading scientists and specialists, Emma helps others achieve sustainable health and wellness, empowering them to reach their full potential both physically and mentally.

Emma is the co-founder of Artium Sport, a bespoke athlete bag brand. She is also the creator of ENbalance, a podcast and video series designed to empower athletes and others by sharing inspiring, real-life stories of strength, resilience, and the power of sport in navigating life’s challenges.
Through these platforms, Emma aims to uplift her audience and provide insights into the journey of athletes, both in and beyond competition.

Emma Nedov’s gymnastics career is a testament to her exceptional talent and determination. With a World Cup Gold medal, appearances at three World Championships, and the title of Australia’s 'Beam Queen,' she has consistently excelled, overcoming challenges like a ruptured Achilles and setbacks along the way.
Now based at Melbourne Gymnastics Centre, Emma is dedicated to nurturing the next generation sharing her 20+ years of elite experience.
Beyond her athletic achievements, she is a respected voice in the gymnastics community, serving as a commentator for the Australian Nationals and as a board member of YMCA Whittlesea in Victoria.
